Bible
We believe that the Bible is the infallible Word of God, 2 Timothy 3:15-17.

God
There is only one God, Deut 6:4 Jesus Christ is God manifested in flesh. He is both God and man. Deuteronomy 6:4; Ephesians 4:4-6; Colossians 2:9; I Timothy 3:16.

Salvation
Everyone has sinned and needs salvation. Salvation comes by grace through faith based on the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Romans 3:23-25; 6:23; Ephesians 2:8-9.

Baptism
Baptism was taught by Jesus as part of the new birth experience. Baptism is for the remission of sins. John 3:5, Matthew 28:19, Mark 16:16​. It must done by immersion in water, in the name of Jesus Christ. Acts 2:38

Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit is active in the world today. Being filled with the Holy Spirit and developing the life characteristics produced by His indwelling are the privileges of all New Testament believers. John 7:38-39, Luke 24:49, Acts 1:5

The Church
The Church is meant to be the visible body of Christ sent into the world to glorify God and proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are a Spirit-filled church and a bible-based church.

Resurrection
Jesus Christ is returning one day to judge both the living and the dead and to usher in the fullness of God's kingdom on earth.
Our Team
Cody Castongue has served as Pastor of Apostolic Lighthouse church since January 2021. He and his wife reside in Williamson County. They have 4 amazing children. Before serving at ALC Cody and Sarah attended Urshan College and were the Outreach Directors at Dallas First Church. Pastor Cody is a licensed minister with the United Pentecostal Church International and has a degree in Christian ministries. Cody also serves as the Austin Metro Section Director for the SCTX District Youth. Sarah serves as the Music Director at ALC among many other things all while being a devoted wife and mother.
